Our streamlined process ensures that if your purchase isn't exactly what you envisioned, you can find your perfect match without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Rareism account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all designer tags and packaging intact for the pickup agent.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we will immediately initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size.
